Lion Hunting (L-30 Package)
This lion hunt takes place behind hounds on private ranches. This hunt is for the client who wants to take a large male lion and does not want to settle for a female or small Tom. For this hunt you must be in top physical condition, and be prepared to walk long distances, and/or ride horses in rugged terrain. This hunt is guided 1x1 only. Top quality veteran hounds and equipment are used on the hunt. This package includes all meals, lodging, 1x1 guide, and transportation during hunt including airport pickup. On this hunt you are not pressured to shoot the first lion you see, unless it is a mature male lion. This does not guarantee that you will take a lion, but, we are prepared to hunt hard the entire hunt, to try and make it happen. If you would be happy taking a female or small male lion, you can go on a less expensive hunt with an outfitter that offers that type of hunt. Openings for this hunt are very limited. The lion season is December 1 through April 15. (approximately) Permit deadline is August 31. Book early for availability.
